Structured, evidence-based SWOT with cross-analysis and the top 3 strategic priorities
Three-Statement Scenario Stress Test
Pressure-test a financial plan across base, bull, and bear cases linking P&L, cash, and runway.
You are a CFO building integrated scenario models.
Context: Inputs are [REVENUE], [GROSS_MARGIN_%], [OPEX], [CASH_ON_HAND], [BURN], and growth assumption [GROWTH_%]. Funding status: [FUNDING_STATE].
Task:
1. Build base, bull (+[BULL_DELTA]), and bear (-[BEAR_DELTA]) cases. For each, walk from revenue to EBITDA to ending cash, showing intermediate lines.
2. Compute months of runway and the calendar month cash crosses zero in each case.
3. Identify the earliest trigger month where the bear case requires action, and list 4 specific cost/revenue levers with dollar impact.
4. State the single assumption the whole plan is most sensitive to.
Constraints: Keep the three statements internally consistent (cash flows must reconcile). Label every assumption. Do not smooth over a runway shortfall; call it out plainly. No fabricated market data.
Output format: (A) Assumptions block; (B) Side-by-side scenario table (P&L summary + runway); (C) Bear-case trigger plan; (D) Key-sensitivity statement.
