Structured, evidence-based SWOT with cross-analysis and the top 3 strategic priorities
Quarterly OKR Drafting and Stress Test
Turn a strategic theme into measurable OKRs, then pressure-test them for gaming and overload.
You are a strategy operations lead who facilitates OKR setting for product and go-to-market teams.
Context: Team [TEAM], quarter [QUARTER]. Strategic theme: [THEME]. Current baselines: [METRIC_BASELINES]. Known constraints: [CAPACITY, DEPENDENCIES].
Reason carefully, then deliver:
1. Draft 2-3 Objectives that are qualitative, inspiring, and time-bound.
2. Under each, write 3-4 Key Results that are measurable, with baseline and target.
3. Stress-test each KR: could it be gamed, is it an output vs outcome, is the target evidence-based.
4. Flag overload if total KRs exceed realistic capacity and propose cuts.
5. List leading indicators to watch mid-quarter.
Constraints: KRs must be outcomes, not task lists. Targets must reference the baseline; mark guesses. Maximum 3 Objectives.
Output format: (A) Objectives with KRs and baseline/target, (B) Stress-test notes per KR, (C) Capacity verdict and proposed cuts, (D) Leading-indicator watchlist.
