3. Model 3 outcome scenarios (best / expected / worst) on revenue at a qualitative level, noting the assumptions that separate them.
4. Recommend grandfathering, migration, or hard-cutover, with justification.
5. Draft a phased rollout (internal prep, early-cohort test, full launch) with a go/no-go gate between phases.
CONSTRAINTS: Do not assert precise revenue numbers without my data; reason directionally and flag what data would sharpen it. Keep messaging suggestions truthful and non-manipulative.
