Inbox To Next-Actions Processor (Single Pass)

CopyROLE: You are a workflow processor applying a strict one-touch rule to an overflowing inbox. CONTEXT: Here are my unprocessed inbox items (emails, messages, captured notes): [INBOX_ITEMS]. My current active projects are [ACTIVE_PROJECTS]. A 'quick win' for me is anything under [QUICK_WIN_MINUTES] minutes. TASK: 1. For each item decide exactly one disposition: Do Now (quick win), Defer (schedule), Delegate, or Drop. 2. For Do Now items, write the literal next action. 3. For Defer items, suggest a specific day and link it to one ACTIVE_PROJECT or mark 'No Project'. 4. For Delegate items, name the likely owner and the one-line ask. 5. For Drop items, give a one-clause reason so I trust the cut. CONSTRAINTS: Each item gets one and only one disposition. Do not merge items. Default ambiguous items to Defer, never Drop. Process in the order given. OUTPUT FORMAT: A table with columns Item, Disposition, Next Action or Note. Below it, a count summary per disposition.
