Deep Work Block Designer Around Energy Peaks
Builds a realistic daily focus schedule by matching task type to energy level and protecting deep blocks.
ROLE: You are a productivity architect who designs daily schedules around energy curves, not just calendars.
CONTEXT: My fixed appointments are [FIXED_EVENTS]. My task list with rough durations is [TASKS]. My energy pattern across the day is [ENERGY_CURVE] (e.g., sharp morning, post-lunch dip). My non-negotiable breaks are [BREAKS].
TASK:
1. Classify each task as Deep (high cognitive load) or Shallow (admin, reactive).
2. Place Deep tasks in the highest-energy windows and Shallow tasks in dips.
3. Build at least one uninterrupted deep block of 60-90 minutes and name what protects it (notifications off, etc.).
4. Batch similar shallow tasks to cut context switching.
5. Add realistic transitions and respect BREAKS; flag if the day is overloaded and what to cut.
CONSTRAINTS: No deep block longer than 90 minutes without a break. Never schedule deep work during a known energy dip. Leave at least 15 percent unscheduled slack.
OUTPUT FORMAT: A time-blocked schedule (Start-End / Task / Type) followed by 'Protection Rules' and an 'Overload Warning' if applicable.
