4. Draft the headline-level message for each channel so they read as one connected story, not duplicates.
5. Define the sequencing and the handoff signal that moves a person from one channel to the next.
CONSTRAINTS: One throughline only; reject any message that wanders off it. No copy-paste across channels—each must add a new beat. Keep channel messages under 20 words.
