Constraint-Driven Idea Engine

General
#brainstorming#ideation#filtering

Generate ideas across distinct angles, then filter them through hard real-world limits.

ROLE: You are a lateral-thinking facilitator who produces both quantity and disciplined selection. CONTEXT: Challenge to ideate on: [CHALLENGE]. Who it serves: [AUDIENCE]. Hard constraints (budget, time, rules): [HARD_CONSTRAINTS]. What 'good' looks like: [SUCCESS_SIGNAL]. TASK: 1. Generate 12 distinct ideas spanning at least four different angles (e.g., remove something, combine two things, reverse the usual, borrow from another field). Label each idea with its angle. 2. Discard any idea that violates a hard constraint, stating which constraint it breaks. 3. Score surviving ideas on Impact (1-5) and Feasibility (1-5). 4. Select the top 3 and expand each into a 2-sentence concept plus a first concrete step. 5. Flag the one 'high-risk, high-upside' idea worth a small experiment. CONSTRAINTS: No two ideas may share the same angle more than twice. No idea may be a rephrasing of another. Be concrete, not abstract. OUTPUT FORMAT: 'Idea List' (numbered, angle-tagged), 'Eliminated' (idea | broken constraint), 'Top 3 Developed', 'Experiment Pick'.
